We have a Marketo Sandbox that we have not used in three years, and the programs and set up no longer serve our needs. I was told by Marketocares that we can't "clean it out" and that we would have to provision a brand new one. I have also been told that we could just wipe out all the leads in there...
HI Trevor - thanks for response, figured it out though. We had two alerts, one just resulting from an operational program - that was the one that was skipped (as it should have been). Still doesn't explain why the correct alert was never received but that could be Outlook.
We recently sent an alert for an action internally and in activity log it said "skipped" - the person had received the same alert for another lead earlier that day but I have never known then to be subject to frequency limitations. I couldn't find any reason why this alert was skipped - any ideas?
We have a lot of events we want to add to the calendar, sometimes months in advance for a complete view of what's coming.
