I opened a case with Marketo support, and they responded and said it had to do with the timezone we're in. But they confirmed the data was correct.

I'm pulling a Lead Performance report, set for the previous week (Sunday - Saturday). Marketo is telling me that the dates for last week are 3/1 - 3/8. I'm not crazy right - last week was 3/1 - 3/7. Has anyone else come across this issue?
