Thank you, Greg! Our sales team will be sending emails from the marketo outlook plug-in and tracking them - and I just wanted to be sure that we wouldn't be heavily limiting their communications with prospects if emails are sent and tracking with MSI outlook plug in. Thanks!

Our sales people often will have many back and forth emails with prospects in order to schedule meetings, or answer questions. If this occurs, will the back and forth emails count towards communication limits, or just the first email that initiated the conversation?Thanks!
