Given the person would be identified, you could use Javascript to look for the existence of the Marketo cookie, and then direct someone accordingly. Seems possible with some dev help. Sorry, that sort of coding is beyond me though!
I'm assuming that since the other fields are populated based on the program selection, you can't use a program token? {{program.Name}}{{program.id}}I haven't tried this, assuming it won't work....but give it a go. If not, then no, doesn't seem like what you are attempting is possible. Boo!
Hi @sasemohan , Likely this is to do with some recent outages/problems Marketo has been having on campaign runs. I would check in with Support to see if this affected anything in your instance, and what you can do to resolve it.
My opinion only: I would move away from opens as a metric you use to gauge success. This is likely only the first step in a range of moves to block open tracking from email providers. If you rely on opens to gauge success, you will be always fighting an uphill battle. If it's possible, use conversio...
That's not really something that can be answered as a "one-size fits all" answer, unfortunately. The best way to think about email communication (or really any marketing) is that it's solving a customer need. So if you have a long customer purchase cycle (let's say real estate) then you might be ans...
If you are having trouble with the connection then I would try to reset it. Log into Zapier and go to Apps (that's what I think it's called). Navigate to Marketo and delete the existing connection. Then follow the prompts to create a new one. Since Zapier is using the Marketo API, you will need to c...
Gotcha. If you are taking a value then cross-referencing that in another table, it is probably best to do this externally. Low-budget, you could maintain a Google Sheet, fire out a webhook to Zapier, look up the value in the Google Sheet, and return it into a Job Description field. Slightly higher ...
Hi @Vidhi_Kare , As far as I'm aware, Munctions are not supported functionality in Marketo - so you might be out of luck here. In any case, I think you're right in that they were never meant to work on custom fields. Fundamentally though I'm a bit confused as to what exactly you are trying to do. I'...
To Facebook Messenger? No, not out of the box. For LPs I'm guessing you mean landing pages? What information would you be looking to pass through? Likely the answer is no in any case 🙂 Marketo's out-of-the-box integration is purely from Marketo to Facebook Custom Audiences, or from Facebook Lead Ge...
If the flow is purely: send an email, wait 30 days, then send the same email - and there is no desire to have other scheduled emails, then I would suggest an email engagement program is overkill. You could simply have one smart campaign, triggered by your initial criteria. Send email. Wait 30 days. ...
