Hi Irene, you can send the email alert when new leads are created even if Marketo isn't linked to a CRM. From your initial description, it sounds like this was set up correctly but as you said it isn't working. Is it possible to post a screenshot to narrow down any issues? If not, you might try remo...
Alexis, you can create a new folder, place your forms in there, and then archive that folder.
Hi Brad, do you have Marketo linked to SFDC or something similar so that you might be able to populate the employee number in the account and then pull account details to an email? If so, you could potentially do this in an email using tokens -- but this could get messy if they are unique identifier...
No worries... Just make sure that you have created "Excluded" as a program status in the Admin >> Tags >> Channels section. Once you change someone's progam status to Excluded, then they are seen as a member of that program, and will not receive the flow or email contained within that program.

I created the fields in SFDC and then created both a batch and triggered campaign to mark current and future records as email invalid or marketin...

Hi Caitlin, one downside to what you've described is that a person whill be excluded from the whole engagement program if they've viewed a piece of the content that is contained within the program. This also limits you from reusing a form in a similar but different program. Overall, it seems like yo...
Timothy, has everything been approved? Both of the emails as well as the program itself need to be approved in order for the send to work properly.
