We sent an email this week for the first time using the Email program. That emai lis not showing in the Email tab in Sales Insight (we're integrated with Salesforce.com. Has anyone run into this before? Is there a step we missed that is required for this to show?
Getting back to you Cheryl, the ICS token is NOT picking up the default time of each recipient. I've checked this multiple times with multiple recipients.
Got it ... you mean on the accoun the recipient who adds this to their Outlook. Thanks for the suggestions. We have someting to work with here 🙂
Cheryl, noted regarding timing of the reminde rmail. Re the default calendar reminder, there is no reminder being set... which "account" are you referring to?
The same email was used yes. And yes I could theoretically merge but that doesn't work when every lead has to be merged and when it's a live site I have not way of connecting the anonymous lead with the known lead... The question is why is it creating an anonymous lead in the first place?
