Edward is correct. the "View in Marketo" is read-only and you don't need a Marketo seat.

Sorry if this is a duplicate idea... We often need to look at a lead's activity history when working with tasks relating to the person. It would be great to be able to link directly to the Marketo record directly from within SFDC.
