Hi Jodi, Former agency consultant here. I'd recommend also checking on the below topics in addition to what you have. These could be covered in separate sections of the project, but worth ensuring they're covered somewhere. - Consider expanding data management ("field cleaners" as you've noted) to ...
Hi Renee - Katja answered this below but wanted to echo that in the Change Program Status flow step, there is an option to change the status to remove them from the program. To delete records from the database entirely (should not be done often), there is a Delete Person flow step option.
Hey Victor! I mentioned scoring in the spirit of ensuring people that need follow up from sales, get passed to that team, so it's more broadly focusing on key buyer journey processes. If you use a traditional lifecycle process, MQL could be that key element there. As for the webinar error, we actua...
Hi Michelle! Since this question is in the context of managing webinars, they probably marked that question ...
Hi Omar - my initial thoughts were that the Workspace may not be seeing all the Partitions and the programs / emails that need to be in the email performance report. Or if it's just the email performance report being buggy (which I find happens often), it may be worth just creating a new report from...
Hi Lauren! It sounds like you're talking about the Program level sync instead of the flow step sync. If that's the case, I don't believe Marketo will automatically pick up people being deleted from SFDC Campaigns, just the status changes. I'm not sure of your reporting structure in SFDC, but it may ...
Hi Michelle! I think that looks great. The Passed to SFDC Field may be redundant but I can understand keeping it since it's been heavily used and managed.
Those blocked by communication limits should not be included in email performance reports. In the activity logs, you'll be able to see if someone was not included in an email send due to hitting their communication limits.
