Thanks Jim, but this isn't specific to any one instance. This happens in every smart campaign where we include smart lists that reference pages on our external website. Just a very simple smart list - here's one of many examples (this one obviously has no issues anymore):
Actually, this is one of the default Channels in Marketo (even though it's in the tags section, it's not considered a tag). And yes, you will need to manually create the appropriate smart campaigns to track progression through that channel.

Thanks for clarifying Cheryl. So it doesn't take into consideration email clicks, web visits, etc.? So if the following was the channel used for our nurture flows in the engagement program, will the engagement score only be based on the two success statuses.
