I meant to share these links as well, Greg. These should be printed and pasted to the walls of the Marketo product team's offices! Just run down these lists and check-off when each fix/feature is completed - and no new features until all the items here have been checked off!
We're currently in the process of building out our email preference center. It would be so much easier to manage - and "tags" so much more powerful - if this capability existed (and if we could select more than one tag value in our programs - but that's another idea)!
Now that we have officially deployed our new "all-in-one" template in Marketo, I'm now finally realizing what an issue this is. The template uses variables extensively for things like editable hero banners, call-to-action buttons and URLs. For example:Produces a text version that will require manu...
Niranjan - it's not only an issue around how Marketo selects the smallest leadID as the active record (and therefore, we're to never know which lead record is used in our campaigns), but the fact that Marketo is assigning new/different leads to the same leadID held by a prior lead (that may have bee...
Justin Cooperman - can you help us identify a member on the product team who can address this?
Thanks for clarifying, Roxann.
OMG - you're not kidding about the plot thickening. I agree with Sanford, this is a serious bug that I bet 99% of Marketo's customers aren't even aware of. I'm not even sure where to escalate this. If I open a support ticket, I'm just going to be told that this is expected behavior and to create ...

Specifically, which record does Marketo use to send a batch email: the one with the lowest ID or the one with the earliest creation date? Or did you already conclude from your testing that the lo...
Wow, that's very concerning - especially from a privacy perspective. For example if you reference LeadID in any sort of reporting or API calls - you're now using the data of an unintended person.
Aaron - thanks for sharing. But why would the lead created in SF use a lesser LeadID? Is it because Marketo uses whatever pool of IDs that are available - and now #100 is available? Somehow I thought that once a leadID was assigned - even though it was eventually deleted - that it wasn't availabl...
