The actual question above is "Which types of assets can be used in an engagement program stream?". Events can be added to an engagement program stream. As long as there is a smart campaign to send an email (e.g., send event invitation) any event program can be dragged to a stream in an EP.

The answer is "Form Language" (which is why the answer is FALSE above) - which will automatically localized the form field labels on your form. Form Locale is a subset of Form Language - and is used to adjust local dates/times:
