Dan Stevens and Christina Zuniga, the issue is a Jive bug that is triggered any time someone votes on an idea more than once. They fixed it manually a couple of days ago, but the issue was triggered again. I have them doing the manual fix as we speak and have entered a P1 ticket for the root cause...

Greg, I just discovered that Jive has isolated and fixed the bug. You shouldn't have this problem again per their support person. Have a good weekend.Janet
