These are all great tips Juli James​. They're also all things I've had a hard time getting upper management to understand the importance of. I'll show your video to my manager to convince her that its worth the time to spend on all the things you mentioned!

I'd also be interested in seeing more about the new UX as well as input from current Marketo users on their top tips on how to get the most out of Marketo.

Thank's JD Nelson​! I like the alternative solution you suggested and might give that a try before going back in and adding UTM fields to my link URL's (although it's probably wise to make a habit of adding those paramaters for better tracking purposes.

Thanks for the feedback, Chris! I've just finished updating our subscription/preference center so hopefully that will be useful. We use Email Templates 2.0, but I'll have to take a look at tokenizing more and program tags. Thanks again!
