Hey Guys,These are text alerts sent to my phone everytime the Lead has an interesting moment. I may have subscribed to the lead feed for this lead in Salesforce. So they are not emails and it was something in Sales Insight in Salesforce and not in Marketo. Any ideas?

Right, so our only option would be to use the SFDC Outlook plugin to track emails. but unfortunately reps will not be spending time on worrying about logging these tasks.Is there anything within Marketo that tracks on the backend responses like how opens and clicks are tracked?

This email will be going out to Leads who would have various email clients and who knows if they support javascript so it sounds like to me a full thank you landing page is best.

Thanks Aqeel,Do you know if there is anyway to make the thank you message a small pop up window instead of taking them directly to a Landing page? Do you know if that could be done without development work?

I am having the same problem for a history tracking field I want to set up. Below is my Flow Step and I can't seem to get anything to work for a new line or return after each concatenation to the field.Does anyone have any ideas?
