Hey Sandy - The auto-replies I'm seeing say the person is no longer with the company. So are you thinking this is server-side forward set up that was never modified when the people it forwarded to left the company?
So here's the thing, I was thinking I could export a smart list from Marketo of the Target Accounts and them update them by importing the list into SFDC with the Target Account filled in. But you can only use the SFDC import wizard to do that if the SFDC Account ID is in the list. The SFDC Account I...
Hi Ronnie,Marketo can read but not write to Account fields. If you run a campaign to change "Company" field value that's actually an account field (because the Contact qualifies for the smart list) the field will not update in SFDC. It will ONLY update in Marketo. And then you have mismatched data b...
Why would the bounce come back to us rather than to the person whoforwarded the email? On Tue, May 21, 2019 at 9:25 PM Sanford Whiteman <

We received auto-replies to say the person was no longer with the company from 6 email addresses that are not in our database. Can anyone explain how that could be? I'm relatively certain it is not because they were deleted after the email was sent.
I found it in the Email Suspended Cause field.
Actually, Ronnie's question makes me realize I have a harder problem than I was thinking about at first. The Target Account field has to be on the Account - and Marketo can't write to Account fields.
I can't seem to find this documented. I'm looking at a list of email addresses with non-empty Email Suspended Cause fields. The most common cause is "1." Can anyone tell me what that means?Thank you.
Hi Mark,It could be a configuration issue, as Nick suggested. However, I've just logged support cases for 2 of my clients because scoring events are not missing from MSI. In these cases, it's not that there are NO scoring events but rather that some are missing. So you may be dealing with a bug.Deni...
