Hi Doug,When you delete a Marketo user, all the assets they created will remain in your instance and you will be able to see any edits they have made.
Sounds potentially like an issue with SFDC permissions. You may want to speak with Marketo Support and your SFDC admin to troubleshoot.
Are you deleting them from both Marketo and SFDC? If you are deleting them just from your Marketo database and not deleting them from Salesforce as well, they will continue to sync back over to your Marketo instance any time the data on their SFDC record is updated.https://community.marketo.com/Ma...
My team and I have noticed that search in Marketing Activities has been slowing down. Not sure if that has anything to do with the assets we just put into archive folders.
I would love to test it out. Thank you, Cheryl! 🙂
Hi Khushboo, Once you add the new value to the picklist in SFDC, it will sync to marketo. You may just need to reapprove any landing pages or forms that use that field to make it available for leads to select on the form.
Hi Michelle,Yes, once you approve the draft the form changes will be pushed live onto your non-Marketo landing page. You do not need to replace the embed code.
Yes. Active smart campaigns will continue run if they are put into an archive folder. https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000Kzc4CAC
I'm not entirely sure. From a quick Google search, it seems like it could be traffic from Amazon Web Services (which Kindles use).
