Has anyone experienced difficulty trying to delete leads in Marketo's lead database? I continue to try and delete certain leads, but they are still in the lead database. Any insight or suggestion?
Are you deleting them from both Marketo and SFDC? If you are deleting them just from your Marketo database and not deleting them from Salesforce as well, they will continue to sync back over to your Marketo instance any time the data on their SFDC record is updated.
It looks like the reason these leads aren't getting deleted is because of this error message: "insufficient access rights on object id". Does anyone know how to resolve this?
