How do you handle your list when the person no longer works for the company?Do you mark as an unsubscribe or a different way?

What is best practice for automatically tracking UTM in marketo? All the discussions I was looking into were old/prior to Adobe.If I send an email out - how does marketo track the source of that? Is there a way to go into lead database to remove/unsubscribe a lead? We have a email address that we use for out of offices and I am not seeing how I would do this.Say someone leaves their current company and we want to remove them from our database. We currently dont use salesforce. Thanks!

I am working on a email that has a link to an email address in it. It current links to: mailto:XXXX.org.The only issue I am having is that before the email box pops up in outlook it opens a new window. Any recommendations?Thank you!
