Oh I'm really glad you hijacked it for that question! That's what started this today as well. We had it scheduled and I approved the new content about 2 hours prior to when it should launch yet the new email did not go out.
If I add new content after it's been exhausted, on the next cast will it automatically send that to the people that were previously showing as exhausted? Or is there something special that I need to do for this?
What's really funny is that our company is the exact opposite. We want to pick and chose which campaigns use the limits and which do not. For instance, our promotional campaigns may ignore the limits while our thought leadership ones will use them. My biggest issue is that on engagement streams, the...
Well, we do it in a different way. Since everyone that gets our emails is already in Salesforce, we change the member status to show as open, click, etc. Then we have calcuating fields that populate the information into Salesforce from there. It's not 100% perfect with what Marketo shows but it's re...
That sounds like a great idea, but how do you get your sales people to follow it? Ours are great at taking the leads and running with it, but we don't have any visibility into that. I can go into SFDC and manually see that they contacted the lead, but I can't report on it and I can't convince sales ...
We're wanting to set up a score card for people to answer questions and then we provide them with a report as the thank you page pulling in information from what they filled out and weighting the results. Like do you do any of these items and each is worth X points. Then the thank you page will be t...
I'm also our SFDC admin, so that doesn't help with ours. And we must export and then reimport because our sales people cannot seem to understand adding contacts to their opportunities (every marketing person's nightmare!) so we have to export to cross-reference to ensure promotional emails are not h...
Hello! We want to have it switch streams if someone opens any 3-4 emails within the first stream of our engagement program. I'm having a hard time setting that up. Has anyone done this and have any suggestions on how to set it up?
We've had this issue as well. It seems that if they are a Salesforce contact, it will create a new record, but I've never had the problem when they are a lead. It also seems to be random, because I've uploaded lists with 90% of the list being already a contact within Salesforce (and in our Marketo d...
It doesn't show up in the list at all. That's why I was so confused. I've done all of my normal troubleshooting...the email is approved and everything. The one that's highlighted in this image is the first email in the standard campaign where we did not split test. The one that we are planning on d...
