Thank you, Josh! We actually spent hours last week trying to figure out what the "Description" field in SFDC was called in Marketo. I would never have thought it would be called Person Notes.

Does anyone at Marketo have any thoughts on which way they would advise? We're looking to start a campaign next month that spans Feb & March with at least 4 emails going out. What do you advise is the best way to set this up? We generally won't have all 4 emails done at the beginning, so we won't be...

Subscribing...I'm curious on this as well. I found where I can run a list to see who forwarded the email and also one to see who received that email. However, I don't know if it will automatically add these members to my campaign and change their status as needed.

Another thing to make sure is that after you uncheck the publish box, may sure you approve the email or else the changes won't take effect.

We also do it by simply not creating a step to change the status in a progression if we don't want it to sync. For instance, most campaigns we have a step so that when someone opens our email, it updates the status to show as open. But we have a few where we don't care if they open, only if they tak...
