I've had a similar problem in my reports. What I've found is that the rollup that will show us an actual average of the %, so if you have 25%, 50%, 75%, the average is 50%. But if you did actual total opens/delivers, it can be a different percentage.

I'm having this same problem again. Should I simply submit a support ticket? And can we get this fixed so that every time I try to create an archive, I don't have to go back and fix it?

Subscribing... we don't have RCA, but have SFDC and I've been struggling to create a dashboard. I'd love to here how others are doing it as well, with or without SFDC.
