Make sure it's not in the stream. Click on the Engagement Program, then the stream tab. Remove it from there, and you should be able to unapprove/delete it no problem

Keeping the elementary questions coming... I have a couple people that I'd like to add to our engagement streams, but I don't want them to start at the first email. Is there a way to advance them past the first two emails in the program without actually sending them?
