I'm starting to think it might be better just to have a universal Lead Change Smart Campaign versus having one for each program.
So here's the issue. We have 5 different contact forms on our website - one main, and 4 for each office location. Each form has a smart campaign that triggers when that specific form is field out, this is working fine.We also have a "lead transfer" smart campaign for each form. The issue is, I have th...
Hello,What is the logic behind using a filter and trigger in a smart campaign?I set up a smart campaign:Trigger:Owner Changes is not _____Filter: Filled out form is ______However, it looks like multiple campaigns were triggered when I assigned a lead a new lead owner, so I'm guessing that this does ...
The problem is, Smart Campaign results already do a semi-good job in showing this, you just can't export it. When you're dealing with 10,000 leads and multiple email links, the solution you provided becomes cumbersome. I'll take a stab at it though, thanks.
The Smart List solution is not the best though. You can pull a smart list of people who clicked a link in the email, however1) does not tell you WHICH link2) you can use last interesting moment type to show just that (and cross your fingers that the last interesting type includes the email you are ta...
Do you think it could have something to do with the fact that most of the people are actually contacts and not leads? Its says 2 LEADS to be affected, but when clicking through you see many more than just 2. Even so, at the bottom right corner it says "2 leads", which I guess could be accurate if we...
Each lead can only run through once. I spot checked about a dozen or so leads under the "qualified list" and none of them have run through the flow, however - after many attempts at refreshing - it still only says 2 leads will be affected.
Okay - thanks! So, when I go to schedule the smart campaign it says I have only 2 qualified leads and 310 blocked leads. However, when I click on the "2 qualified leads" I see a whole lot more. I cross-checked the names with the list of 310 blocked leads and there are no matches .... could this be a g...
Another thing I have to add, is by default everyone's member status is "sent' because of some hiccups in the process. Will this affect Marketo's decision to send an email out if a member is in a program as "sent" but has not actually received the email?
Compared to the above screenshot, does this look more accurate to what I'm trying to accomplish? I want to send this email to anyone who has NOT received the emails listed in filter 4.
