  • How long does it take for MKTO to update database after a mass delete?

    Deleted some 12,000 records from Marketo only, but not seeing this being reflected in the database pie chart. Does it usually take some time for MKTO to update this?

  • Email Program Shows 30,000 delivered but only 2,000 members

    I sent out a newsletter and am noticing something.The email program shows that the email went out to 30,000 records.The email performance report shows that 30,000 records got the email.However, the email program is only showing 2,000 members.Is this a glitch?

    Also, I really wish Marketo had a better 301 routing system, so many valuable links I've bookmarked over the years that are now dead, and it's hard to find some of that info again.And I agree, I don't know what the point of Marketo Sky is? I think it would have been better to release something more ...

    I've worked on numerous instances of Marketo and trying to get in touch with someone who is assigned to our account or at least is familiar with it is next to impossible.

    Has the process for being able to send Marketo Emails through Salesforce changed with Lightning? Is it true that MSI emails are not supported via Lightning at this time?What is everyone doing to work around this?Thanks!

    Question:Can a Sales member send an email to multiple people using the MKTO plug in? I ask this because as far as I know Marketo Sales Insight for Salesforce only lets you send an email to one lead at a time, correct?Thanks!

    Looks like this is a universal MKTO problem - just tried to approve an email on a different instance and got the same error.Can anyone else confirm that they are getting this error?
