An email like this could absolutely be executed through Marketo. They likely have many other systems feeding data into Marketo so that the numbers could be dynamic.

Hi Sascha,What we do is use program statuses to capture the scores from each person. Then, yes you do a manual calculation once all your responses have come in.Hope that helps,Pierce

BEE is an inexpensive option that has a good WYSIWYG editor for creating non-Marketo formatted HTML email code. Just keep in mind there is a few things you'll need to do to the code in order to send it out through Marketo effectively.
