Checkout intercom.com They have the best solution to 'chat bot' out there: Operator Bot | Intercom We've been using them at Knak for about 3 years now and love the service. Engagio uses them as well inside their app.

Thanks Chris - we're going to leave the benchmark open for the next week or so and then compile all the data. So far we've got a great data set and I think it will be really interesting to see the results!

Hey Eric,Thanks for participating and leaving such great feedback in the survey. Much appreciated! I know for people with large databases who send lots of emails that email performance report can take a while to load. Good idea to give people a heads up to run that first.

Overall was not super impressed by the new options. I get the idea to rebrand and make it new and fresh but I don't think any of the options you had in the survey were better than what you have now.
