Hi David,As the founder of Knak I can tell you that we have absolutely no intention of taking any of our customers content - I can think of no such situation whereby we would ever do that. I will be bringing this up with our lawyers to find an appropriate solution.
We just add an element in our templates for 'pre-header text'. This way you can populate that so that you can tailor the message to the people who will see the pre-header text, but it doesn't have to show up in your email anywhere that is actually visible to the viewer.
I have the same problem. Curious if there is a legitimate fix for this or not... anyone know?

You can't go wrong with either Litmus or EOA. Both great solutions.
The Workspace names is really what is needed, but can we even determine whether or not someone is USING workspaces would be good to know. Not all users know this...
Good point - they were triggered when we used them. TBH, at the end of the day even though we managed to do it for them, Marketo is really not setup to support this.
