Most certainly in Sandbox. We have clear identifiers in our instances, plus I only use Firefox for Sandbox and Chrome for Production to ensure no confusion The reason I know it was Sandbox to Production was our Marketo subdomain. Instead of app-ab02.marketo.com, it was app-abd.marketo.com.

We just refreshed our SFDC Sandbox. Now, of course there are considerations you must make when doing this to contact Marketo Support to properly get your sync back up and running.Also when doing so, I think we "broke" the link on our page views to the link we have to "View in Marketo" for our Leads...
