Yes, Anna, when cloning a Program, it will clone all assets/items underneath.The ability to Clone items under Marketing Activities encompasses this as well.

Also, in rereading what you wrote, Josh Hill, none of the leads in my Marketing Suspended list (new or old) have "flow action" as the reason.Do you have any examples you could share?

I was looking to do it as a flow step, as in Change Data Value (see image above), however it is not there as an option.Support is gathering the intended use for that field for me, and I'll share once I get that.

I have seen similar recommendation with the ON24 implementation we use as to the wait step to allow the token to sync back.As to who should send, I am a strong believer that Marketo should be the sending authority so that tracking is possible.
