I completely understand, generally out of respect, I just ignore people to not seem pretentious. I know it doesn't feel good to have someone say you need to work on your tact in your responses, but you never know when you might meet them again. People skills are just as important.

Are you seeing a high number of fake addresses and phone numbers? If you are seeing a bunch of bad email addresses, it may be spam bots. I would recommend running a spam trap smart campaign, and setting up a second field in the Marketo honey pot to make sure you aren't being targeted by spammers.
