Did you simply delete the list or run a smart campaign that said "delete from marketo"? You should also have them deleted from your CRM/Salesforce because they could be coming back in from the bi-directional sync.

I think your easiest thing is so simply replace the asset; doing that dynamically updates all areas where the asset is being used. Since Marketo is simply hosting the documents onto its server, I don't believe there's a direct integration with box unless there's a way to do a webhook/API.

Look for the "email was bounced"; this only counts hard bounces. Set up a trigger campaign that says "if email bounced", selected the email that is sent when they fill out the form, then select the actions you want.
Yeah set up a trigger campaign with the link, and to find muchkin search the code in the background of your page. Normally searching 'muchkin' will ensure it's there. If it's a Marketo landing page, it already has muchkin.

Are you trying to track if they came from the URL vs. email? If there is a form on the landing page, you can have hidden fields to attribute their lead source. Otherwise, Jeff is correct. Muchkin code on the landing page will ensure you have insight.

Which filters are you using when you pull the smart list? If you select the email filter, along with the specific email and "was delivered" it should return the exact list of names.
