Hi Lori,Emily is correct. You can build demographic scoring into your model which should assist with adding scores for the entries you specified above in addition to your behavioral scoring.
Hi Adriana,You could add a program channel step that changes their status when they click on the link in the email, then have a smartlist or list populated with those that have clicked on the link; that might be the best way to make this activity measurable but scalable.
You could easily do a list upload with the scores you're wanting to push to custom fields.
Are you asking if the lead has already been through the same stream, can they go through it again? What are the current program statuses you're working with and what are you trying to achieve?
I think you could make a 'scoring' field and have it add up the number of registrants in your registration trigger. I recommend ironing out your segmentations for larger database sizes. The most helpful one is "valid email addresses" which will always give you the number of people included vs. blocked. Also it will make your lists run a lot quicker. Do you use segmentations?
Justin is right--use the status update. I'd recommend a batched smart campaign waiting for the status.
I think the easiest way is to set up your modeler, then when they reach a certain stage (IE Opp opened stage), you marketing suspend them. If you have this happen automatically in the background of your system, it ensures everyone is having the same experience. I don't recommend having reps do this ...
