Hi,I'm really struggling at the moment as I'm trying to had the radio buttons on this form/page: Blue Bloodhound become horizontal with the numbers above the radio buttons.I've tried lots of different options but I can't seem to get anything to work.Please can someone help??ThanksJulz

What field did you use on your form for the comments? When you know that field you can add it to the viewed fields in your smart list for 'filled out form'. And then you can see if that field is also sync'd to your CRM if you want others to see the comments.
