Hi Christine, What is the problem you're running into? I've always imported telephone numbers using the csv format without any issues? CSV format tends to strip all the formulas etc out of a spreadsheet.ThanksJuli

The Netsuite Sync to Marketo isn't that great from what I've seen. Its a little glitchy and the information you see in Netsuite isn't very coherent or easy to understand. Hi, What report did you pull? If it was the Landing Page Report, then yes, you had 51 people come to the landing page and 'convert' (which normally means fill in a form), of those 51 people 38 weren't previously in your database, so they are new to you.Hope this helps?ThanksJuli

I have changed existing statuses before, as long as the new statuses and old statuses mean the same thing to you in terms of scoring, reporting etc. You do have to be careful of any scoring models or trigger campaigns you have set up based on those statuses.
