Kenny Elkington I've heard mixed comments about the "Change Success Date" step. Is it actually possible to backdate a lead's success date in a program so they can get MT attribution even after an opp has already been added to Marketo? I spoke to another Marketo user with the same question and she wa...
Brandon Dahl where do you get the campaign ID from? I'm also trying to use the Context API to prevent users from seeing the same campaigns over and over every time they visit our site.
There is currently no way to adjust how many times a visitor can see one or all RTP campaigns in a given timeframe. As a result, I see the same RTP lightboxes every time I visit our site, which is a poor user experience for people who visit our website frequently. Can this feature be added to RTP?
Hello everyone,I have a best practice question about coding images in emails. My previous manager taught me to keep image file sizes at 50kb or lower per image to account for leads with slow internet connections. Our target market is Pre-K school systems so they don't tend to have the fastest intern...
Are they excluded from triggering Alerts as well?
Follow up question to this: will it show up in MT attribution if the operational program acquired the lead? More specifically, we're referring to an operational program that captures leads created in our CRM that were synced to Marketo. We want to keep track of acquisition but don't want it to take ...

I now have to go in to the code to do those things now that it's gone, which takes longer. The advanced table editor is now also under "more", which adds an extra click for a functi...
The new email editor has stripped out many of the options that used to be under Insert/Edit image. There is no longer a way to add inline CSS to an image unless we go into the source code itself. To access table properties, we have to hit the "more" button. It is only 1 extra click but it does get a...
I agree with this 100%. I use the HTML source a lot when coding emails in Marketo and the extra click to access it can get very repetitive.
There are no duplicate opps in our CRM so Marketo is showing duplicates in the opportunity object view instead of updating the existing ones. They have confirmed it's an issue on their end (and have confirmed the duplicates are affecting MT as of Tuesday) so I'm hoping they will have a fix soon.
