Question: If we add fields "Email 2" and "Email 3" from CRM how are these handled?1) Confirm these email addresses would not be sent any email.2) If a form completion is done with an email address that is in one of those values, will Marketo know not to create a new record?

If you see the screenshot below, it is mentioned this person came from google search ? is that what this description referring to ? or is it something i am missing? and also it needs to be in different page instead ...

@SanfordWhiteman @Darshil_Shah1 If I use Marketo Background form feature, does it capture proper data in Marketo or when the lead got synced from dynamics it will just fetch the value from the form and show in Marketo active logs?
