    Thanks @SanfordWhiteman The LP template is very old (pre 2016) which might explains your findings. We're having our LP Templates re-built soon so I will pass your comments to our developer. Thanks for your help - Its invaluable!

    Thanks for your response @SanfordWhiteman. Issue resolved. The landing page template HTML was causing the form to display incorrectly. Resolved with a developer. Thank you
