Thanks Michael. In the end I got it working. As I mentioned, I was overthinking the process but it's good to know folks like yourself and others are around to have input. No one to really bounce things off of in office 🙂

Thank you. Funny enough, I knew about that but for some reason I had it in my head that it would only pull a one particular email address vs any one associated with the sales/lead owner. Sometimes you need to step away and clear your head lol. Thanks again
