I have used a webhook in the past (from Hoosh, they have a free Excel Formula webhook you can use!) and it adds the two fields together whenever either value is changed. Let me know if you want more info!

I've seen this happen a few times. Try logging out and logging back in - it seems silly, but it has worked for me 9 times out of 10. If that doesn't work, I'd contact support.
