Wow...Someone else on my team ran them through the smart campaign this AM without me knowing...so they could only run through once, that's why they did not show up on the schedule tab.Sorry y'all! Egg on my face!

Thanks! @jsiebert I did try that, but even that fails to find the person even when I delete almost all of their email address. I often use your method to find people in the "All Persons" database lists, but for some reason its not working here. Interestingly when I use the filter: Last Name is"xyz"...

Can you share a screenshot of your program in marketo so we can see the statuses listed? Same with the statuses in SFDC?Silly question but are you linking the SFDC campaign to the marketo program directly via the program summary tab?

You can set up a field that hides the user from the CRM sync, and then use a smart campaign to check that box. For example, we have "Sync to Maketo?" If it's false the person is then invisible to CRM sync user, and that person does not sync to the CRM. This hides the whole person, so not sure if you...
