This should be possible using Javascript. You can create fields in a form, which are read only and have field value pre-populated when the page loads. Can you share the URL for the LP where you are adding this form?

Hi,You can certainly add two elements at a same level, for 2 columns form. All you need to do is insert a rich text field(if you want some text to appear at a simiar level of a field) and drag and drop it to a required position. It works.Here's a snapshotHope that helps!
