Has anyone come up with a good solution for avoiding list overlap across somewhat siloed business units?, and how to identify those before email sends go out?
Standard deliverability reports will only show what has already been sent/delivered etc.
I'm trying to understand who will get caught in comms limits (ie - 2 per day / 5 per week) before it actually happens.

You can create a SL similar to below link.
Please note - SL criteria are matched at the time of campaign execution & only those qualify at that moment will be considered as members, so any lead reaching CL after you prepare SL will still not be sent the mail.
