What is the Marketo's best practice to test the same landing page content for a month-long campaign? We use new copy every week but want to test landing page efficiency. Is it to clone that landing page and create a new form for every single email sent in that campaign?
What are you testing for? Clicks/Form Submissions/Views? Which of these engagements do you and/or your team believe makes a landing page efficient?
We are testing overall but clicks and form fills is what we are looking for to be the most insightful.
I would suggest that you build smart lists to accomplish both and/or each separately.

best for you to design the test and then worry about the operational needs.
Sorry let me clarify.
We are running a campaign for a month long. Each week we have different copy but want to use the same landing page and form. For reporting on the performance of the landing page each week and at months end (overall) is it best to clone it for each week or use the same one landing page and form?
clone it.
If will depend on what you want to report. If you just want to see how many form fills, and are running the variations sequentially. Then using the same lp and form will be fine although not recommended.
Best practices, use the same form and clone the landing page and have a different LP for each variation. That way you can still report on clicks link on X webpage.
In general you want to have a global form strategy and not for every single landing page. Otherwise, management of the forms becomes a nightmare.
Thank you Jess. We arn't running variations of the landing page the landing page is just cloned with same copy and the form is the same form each week but created as a new one so that the form fills can be tracked by which week it's tied to.
If we want to test the performance of a landing page over the course of the week. Is it best practice to do variations? And do A/B testing?
