When editing a snippet I'd like to be able either to sort all emails in Design Studio view by snippet so I can mass approve them all OR when viewing the list of emails that contain a snippet on the snippet view to be able to mass approve them there.
Definitely love this idea. We have also thought about providing a checkbox that says "do not draft" for snippets b/c sometimes the change is very minor, like changing 2012 to 2013. What do you think of that?
Cheryl, love that idea. That would definitely solve this issue for me. My use case was that I implemented snippets for 400+ emails and approved them all, yay. Then I realized I didn't create the text version and had to re-appove them all again. Thankfully I can mass approve in Design studio and sort by program but this would still be a huge timesaver!
This would be amazing. I hold some stuff in drafts as kind of a "we are waiting to push this change live for some reason" kind of functionality. So, there are times when I would love to affect one of the aspects of the page (snippet, template, etc.) and approve the changes in the pages that use those elements without having to approve the other changes to the page.
Would love this "do not draft" on: Snippets Templates Forms Segmentations
Possibly simply a toggle in the admin section that would allow it to be instance wide? Also, another thought would be, when you select to edit a template/snippet/form etc with this option selected, a "Any changes will affect the following pages: ..." And list out the emails/pages that currently use that element.
