Form that pre-populates placeholder Program & Tokens

After reading Allison Sparrow​'s post I got a crazy idea.

What if you could create a form that could create & feed token values into a placeholder program for campaign requests?!

This would be a HUGE time-saver, and allow Marketing Automation Managers/Specialist to simply validate, test and approve campaigns.

Hey Geoffrey Krajeski​ and Gregoire Michel​ we actually have done this for our User Group system, with the help from Perkuto. We set it up using a heroku app: it allows user group leaders to populate information related to a new event, and we are able to send it on their behalf! The only issue is cost. Because we went through a contractor, they are hosting the app on their side and it requires monthly billing. Because we are still fairly small, it wasn't worth the cost, when populating program tokens isn't too awful. If you all are able to make it yourselves, that's great! I would love to work on this project with you both, perhaps fleshing out a webinar program!

I was kind of looking at it like if you start to spec it out, I can think about building it.

2 more cents about the specs:

• offer the possibility to create a program from scratch, chose the type and the channel and the tokens.
• The app could also have some templates that the user could define and reuse, similar more or less to program templates, but in a more friendly manner.

On the business case about such an app: the risk is real that Marketo one day tackles the Program creation UI and makes the app redundant...
