We use a smart campaign filter in the send alert and sync to SFDC step, that says email does not contain "@yourcompany.com" This filters out all the employee emails, that can still sign up with their personal emails.

Seems like Microsoft does have an API that will allow you to fetch Teams Meetings call record history which includes a list of participants. Try to replace @meetings, cVent or other Webinar provider with Teams.
