    Hi community!Wondering if Dynamic Chat has the dialogue option to show a different message when the agents are offline vs online? So if there's one connected (on hours) it will assign the chat or calendar to the agent, but if nobody is connected (off hours) it will show an "I'm sorry" dialogue.

    Thanks Darshil. So is there a way I can get a list of all emails delivered in the year, and add a "is mobile device" column so I can filter it in an Excel spreadsheet? Or is there an easier way to get this information within Marketo?

    Ok, so when a New Lead is created it will send the lead data to Zapier to link it to other platforms. When I create a New Program in Marketo, what use cases can be used here, please? I just still don't understand how to use it.

    I had to export lists and manually remove the unwanted emails by adding them to the exclusion list... all the 300 emails. It's not ideal but it worked.

    Here is my Smart List. I'm using ALL filters. And the filter #5 is the exclusion Smart List I'm using to remove those emails.
