If you have segmentations built to split up your database between people who are marketable vs not (i.e. not unsubscribed, invalid, suspended, black listed, etc.) then send to that entire marketable segment.

Good point. I'd probably remove that criteria after learning more about mail scanners in the last year.

Seems like an odd thing to open a ticket for, but you could reach out to support just to see if there have been any changes, upgrades, etc from their end. They can help dig into what's causing the "problem"...hopefully you don't jinx yourself!

The only issue with this is it sounded like Mahu wants to audit the emails before they go out to the selected database. Adding herself to the smart list will just allow her to receive the emails when her audience receives them.
