I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but when I try to look for records who are unsubscribed, because my Marketo instance is synced with SFDC. I create a smart list with the following info:SFDC type: contactsunsubscribed is true.
I usually sync a Marketo program/campaign to a salesforce campaign. Is that what you're trying to do? My program usually indicates the channel type. When you look at your program view, it will say salesforce campaign sync. Click on the hyper link and select the campaign in salesforce.

Hi Caity,Try removing the email you're trying to delete from the campaign flow. Then unapprove the email you're trying to delete, then delete.
I do what Josh suggested above and it's to create a smart list to see who opened the email. It works.
