Marketing Suspend = you can change the status for a record so a lead can receive or not receive emails.Email Suspend = As Justin mentioned above. But you also can't change the status yourself.
I tried this before in Marketo, changing the SFDC type from lead to contact and it didn't work for me. It has to be done on the SFDC side.

Yeah I created 2 smart lists just to be sure, and one was for the country filter and the other for the .ca. I went with the country. Ugh and then there's still some in SFDC that's not even in Marketo yet which I'll have to deal with at some point.
Yeah I noticed that on my smart list too and good thing I didn't go forward with my smart campaign, because not all that are from Canada have the .ca on their email. As a matter of fact out of the 1002 Canadians that are in our database, only 2 have the .ca on their email.
I wonder if the the lead record is missing the minimum requirement to sync over to SFDC? I've seen this happen before in my instance where I at least need the last name and company name on a record before I can sync it over to SFDC.
I believe we have this already. You just have to change the view to thumbnail instead of list.
